Boneless turkey thighs are prone to turn into a delicious steak. In combination with Italian tastes of garlic and rosemary, sprinkled with olive oil and dusted with chili powder, turkey turns into a great steak.
Preparation time: 80 minutes
1.4 kg boneless turkey leg
6 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 teaspoon chili flakes or paprika (optional)
4 tablespoons olive oil
150 ml dry white wine
Heat the oven to 170 degrees (medium temperature).
Clean the garlic and cut it into strips, lengthwise.
Cut the stems of rosemary with scissors into pieces of 4-5 inches.
Rub meat with salt and ground pepper.
With a short, sharp knife blade, make incisions in the thicker portions of meat.
Insert a strip of garlic and a piece of rosemary into each incision strain.
Sprinkle meat with chili flakes or paprika.
Place the meat on a platter and drizzle with olive oil.
Add wine and insert the tray in the oven for 60 minutes.
Roast turkey with white wine, garlic and rosemary served with potatoes and salad.
I wish you good appetite
